The fit is loose, so choose the size accordingly. As a reference, I’m in the middle of size M and it looks like in the photo. Depending on the size of your manhood, you might need an extra size. The rubber stripes are the kind that won’t last for more than a couple of years, though. But the manufacture is fine.
