1) I  STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHERE IS IT?

Your order is on its way! As stated right your order status page, as well as in the shipping page, orders can take anywhere from 15 to 60 weeks to arrive.

Most orders arrive within 15-20 days, while others may need some more time, especially to more remote locations! However, we assure you that they will always arrive, even if just a bit later than usual. 

We totally understand your excitement in receiving your sissy items as fast as possible, but please try be patient, sit back, relax, distract yourself with our blog/ social media content, and let your items arrive in the time-frame given. 

*In the rare occasion where an order takes longer than 60 days (excluding 2-5 days processing time), then you are automatically eligible for a refund of the missing items. 

2) ONLY PART OF MY ORDER ARRIVED, WHERE’S THE REST?

It’s on it’s way! Orders may be sent in separated packages when ordering multiple items. We do this to offer you the cheapest prices, free shipping and reduce the risk of packages being held in customs.

So you can rest assured that the rest of your order is still transit and will arrive within our guaranteed time!

3) HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

The order confirmation including the tracking ID will be emailed to you when your order is shipped. Some email services might consider these automated emails as spam. Please check the spam/junk folder in case the message ended up there.

4) IS SHIPPING DISCREET?

Yes, completely and totally discreet! Packages are shipped in plain & boring packaging, without any SissyDream or related logos on the outside. 

Note: Due to regulations in some countries regarding international packages, we may need to put a small label in the package with a short description of the content, although this will usually be very generic like: clothing, pants, massager, socks, etc.

It will NEVER say “Sex Toys”, “Sissy Dream” or anything “sissy” related. 

*This label is very small and mixed with a bunch of technical info, so it’s unlikely that anyone will even notice it anyway.

5) IS BILLING DISCREET? WHAT WILL THE CREDIT CARD CHARGE SHOW UP?

Yes, totally discreet.

Your credit card charge will be shown under the name: SDream or SDream Transactions. 

It will never say:

  1. SissyDream
  2. Items you bought

6) MY ORDER SAYS COMPLETED, BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED IT?

No worries! Your order has already been processed and currently in transit.

7) CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We can only guarantee cancellations if the request is sent within 6 hours after placing the order. After that, the shipping process has started and we have no way of cancelling it anymore.

Here at SissyDream, we begin processing orders very quickly to make sure our customers receive their stuff as fast as possible.

So please, don’t shop frivolously, babe! Shop sober! 😉

8) THE TRACKING ISN’T WORKING, WHY?

It probably is and you likely are not using the correct site to track it with. Parcels will NOT show up in local systems like USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail, etc, until the final days of it’s journey. 

So In the meantime, ALWAYS use Cainao to track your items first, or you can use Parcelsapp if Cainao is down. 

9) I DIDN’T GET A SHIPPING NOTIFICATION?

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. 

If you haven’t received the shipping notification after 5 days of placing an order, then please contact us! 

Rest assured that even if you haven’t receive the shipping notification, it’s extremely likely that your order is already on its way to you.

10) DO YOU OFFER SISSY TRAINING SERVICES??

Currently we do not offer such service. But we encourage you to visit our blog posts for inspiration and engage with us and our followers on social media. 

In the near-future, we might launch a special training program for our sissies. Stay tuned. 😊

11) CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

Since we ship internationally and directly from our suppliers warehouses, we are unable to offer returns for simple matters of you choosing a wrong size or changing your mind.

Please always consult the size charts on each item before ordering and if you have any questions, just contact us! 

12) WHAT ARE YOUR SIZES LIKE?

In general, most of our items are designed in Women’s size, which is usually slightly smaller than Men sizes. This is especially important for high heels shopping. 

  • Each item in our store has their own unique size chart. So always take your measurements and consult the size chart before purchasing. 

*If you are unsure between two sizes, then we suggest going with 1-2 sizes up just to be safe.
