I have not yet received my order, where is it?

The delivery time of your order depends on the chosen shipping method. International shipping usually takes 1-3 weeks to arrive but might take a bit longer to certain countries. Please see the Shipping Info page and the Order Tracking page for more information.

It has already taken 3 weeks and I still have not received my order.

Under certain periods and during holidays the delivery time may be longer than the estimated. But please rest assured that your order is on it’s way but might take slightly longer than usual. Please see the Shipping Info page for more information.

Discreet Billing?

Don’t worry, your privacy is very important to us. A discreet descriptor will appear on our customers’ bank statements. Totally SFW!

Does the order come in a Discreet Package?

Yes. All our products are shipped inside a plain package with no texts or labels to our site.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistic reasons, items in the same order may sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.How are shipping costs calculated?

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide shipping to 200 countries around the world. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

Is shipping Free?

Shipping is Free only for orders above $25, otherwise there will be a flat rate shipping cost of $3.99.

What is Buyer Protection?

Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.

You are protected when:

  • The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
  • The item you received was not as described.
  • The item you received that was assured to be genuine was fake.
