COVID-19 Notice: Shipping as usual, but delays are expected.
The Coronavirus outbreak may cause deliveries to be delayed in some countries due to quarantine, higher border restrictions measures and delivery services being overwhelmed.
However, rest assured that packages are still being delivered even in the most affected countries, but the delivery time might just take a bit longer than usual while this pandemic lasts.
Are packages safe to handle?
Yes, our packages are carefully handled and cleaned before shipping and the virus can’t survive a long shipping journey outside the body. Totally safe!
1) DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. Occasionally, there might be some more remote locations that we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, we will get in touch with you.
2) WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
We ship directly from our amazing manufacturers and suppliers warehouses which are located in Asia and US. By doing this we can offer you the cheapest prices and save tons of money on shipping costs internationally!
3) HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

4) DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING CODE?
Of course! Once your order has been shipped you should receive a shipping notification with the tracking ID within 3-5 days.
*If you haven’t received the shipping notification after 5 days of placing an order, then please contact us!
5) IS SHIPPING DISCREET?
Yes, completely discreet and safe for sissies! Packages are shipped in plain & boring packaging, without any SissyDream or related logos on the outside.
Note: Due to regulations in some countries regarding international shipping, we are obligated to stick a small label on the package with a short description of the content inside. Although this will usually be just a generic description, such as: clothing, pants, massager, socks, etc.
DON’T WORRY! It will NEVER say: “Sex Toys”, “Sissy Dream” or anything “Sissy” related. 😊
*This label is very small and mixed with a bunch of technical info, so it’s unlikely that anyone will even notice it anyway.
6) WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. However, extra custom fees are very unlikely to happen because our orders are usually shipped separately in small discreet packages.
7) WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

8) MY TRACKING ISN’T UPDATING, WHAT’S WRONG?
Don’t worry! It’s totally normal for the tracking to not update for several days/weeks while the package is travelling overseas. And when it finally updates again, it’s likely about to be delivered very soon!
9) DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES/PARCEL LOCKERS?
Yes, we can ship to P.O boxes and also Parcel Lockers that some countries use (i.e: Netherlands, Finland, Baltic countries, etc..)
Keep in mind that large orders may be diverted to your local post office for collection due to the size and amount of parcels.
