Refunds & Returns Policy

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We can only guarantee cancellations if the request is sent within 6 hours after placing the order. After that, the shipping process has started and the order can no longer be canceled. 

Here at SissyDream, we begin processing orders very quickly to make sure our customers receive their stuff as fast as possible.

So please, don’t shop frivolously, babe! Shop sober! 😉


REFUNDS

You can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • You do not receive them within our guaranteed time of 60 days (excluding 2-5 business days of processing time);
  • You receive the wrong item;
  • The tracking shows the package has returned to us;
  • You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused).

*If you are approved for a refund, then you will receive a refund notification, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.

We do not issue refunds if:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of SissyDream (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of sissydream.com

EXCHANGES/RETURNS

Since we ship internationally and directly from our suppliers warehouses, we are unable to offer returns for simple matters of you choosing a wrong size or changing your mind.

  • Please always consult the size charts on each item before ordering and if you have any questions, just contact us

The only exception is IF the item you received was defective or damaged. In this case, you will have to send us an image proof of the defective item and we will immediately reship a replacement of it, and we even let you keep the first item for free, as a gift from sissydream! 

If for some reason the item is now out of stock, we will offer you the choice of a refund or a different item to replace it. We may even offer you a discount code for the trouble! 😊
